Në intervistën në “Opinion”, CEO e Jet Bank, FatbardhaRino, sqaroi qartë se institucioni ka kaluar të gjitha filtratligjorë dhe rregullatorë të kërkuar për licencimin bankar nëShqipëri, në përputhje me kuadrin e plotë të Bankës sëShqipërisë dhe standardet europiane të EBA, në total rreth 9 institucione kanë kontrolluar aktivitetin e Jet Bank.
Çdo pretendim i hedhur në publik, sipas saj, nuk mbështetetnë asnjë dokument zyrtar apo gjetje institucionale.
Ajo theksoi se struktura aksionare është plotësisht e deklaruar, transparente dhe e verifikuar, ndërsa kapitali i bankës është igjurmueshëm në çdo nivel përmes proceseve të plotaAML/KYC dhe “source of funds”.
Në këtë kuadër, çdo lidhje me narrativa të pavërtetuara është e pabazuar dhe jashtë realitetit rregullator.
Sipas saj, procesi i licencimit bankar është një nga procesetmë të rrepta në ekonomi, ku asnjë institucion nuk mund tëoperojë pa verifikim të thelluar të kapitalit, strukturës dheqeverisjes.
Jet Bank, shtoi ajo, është ndërtuar pikërisht mbi këtë standard rigoroz që garanton siguri dhe stabilitet.

In the “Opinion” interview, Jet Bank CEO Fatbardha Rinoclearly stated that the institution has successfully passed all legal and regulatory filters required for banking licensure in Albania, in full compliance with the framework of the Bank of Albania and EU EBA standards, with a total of 9 institutions in charge of checking the Bank’s activity.
According to her, all public allegations are not supported by any official documentation or institutional findings.
She emphasized that the shareholding structure is fully declared, transparent, and verified, while the bank’s capital is fully traceable through comprehensive AML/KYC and source of funds procedures.
In this context, any attempt to link the institution to unverified narratives is unfounded and outside the regulatory reality.
She further noted that the banking licensing process is among the most stringent in the economy, where no institution can operate without deep verification of capital, governance, and structure. Jet Bank, she added, has been built precisely on this rigorous standard, ensuring safety, compliance, and stability.
